Forsys Subsea & iEPCI

Introducing Forsys Subsea and iEPCI as a new business concept

In 2015, FMC Technologies and Technip established Forsys Subsea and introduced a new business model in the industry: iEPCI. My role was in developing the messaging and support market introduction. iEPCI became a success and is now recognized as a model for executing complicated development projects in the subsea industry.

Deep Purple

Establish a position in Renewable Energy for TechnipFMC

TechnipFMC’s ambition is beyond oil and gas and I was instrumental in positioning the company towards the renewable market, in particular related to the offering of Hydrogen Energy systems and the Deep Purple pilot.
